Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:



Lead a high-performing team of real estate agents and support staff. Provide team members with leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems for optimal performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas. Maximize productivity by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks in operations. Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data for cost-saving opportunities. Monitor revenue and expense trends to guide strategic decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Address client concerns promptly and professionally to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:



Previous experience successfully managing real estate operations is required for this role. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively is essential. Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management are necessary qualities. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are highly valued in this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for successful interactions with team members and clients. Proficiency in utilizing real estate software and tools is a must. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace An in-depth understanding of real estate market trends and industry best practices is important. Applicants must be bilingual (English and French)

adjoint(e) administratif(ve) en immobilier

organise(e), methodique et motive(e), dote(e) d'une attention exceptionnelle aux details et qui valorise la qualite et l'excellence dans son travail.

Responsabilites (incluant, mais sans s'y limiter) :



Diriger une

equipe performante

composee de courtiers immobiliers et de personnel de soutien. Fournir

leadership, encadrement et mentorat

pour favoriser une culture d'equipe positive et collaborative. Developper et mettre en oeuvre des

processus operationnels efficaces

pour optimiser la performance.

Analyser et suivre les indicateurs de performance cles (KPI)

afin d'identifier les pistes d'amelioration. Maximiser la productivite en

simplifiant les flux de travail

et en eliminant les goulots d'etranglement. Gerer les budgets,

suivre les depenses

et analyser les donnees financieres pour identifier des opportunites d'economie. Suivre les tendances de revenus et de depenses afin de soutenir la

prise de decision strategique

. Etablir et maintenir de

solides relations

avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires. Traiter rapidement et professionnellement les

preoccupations des clients

afin d'assurer un service exceptionnel.

Qualifications :



Une

experience anterieure reussie

en gestion d'operations immobilieres est

requise

. Solide capacite demontree a

diriger et gerer des equipes

. Excellentes

competences organisationnelles

et grande maitrise de la

gestion du temps

. Fortes aptitudes en

resolution de problemes

et

pensee analytique

. Excellentes competences en

communication

et en

relations interpersonnelles

pour interagir efficacement avec l'equipe et les clients. Maitrise des

logiciels et outils immobiliers

. Maitrise de la

suite Microsoft Office

et de

Google Workspace

. Bonne comprehension des

tendances du marche immobilier

et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.

Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) requis.
