Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Job Description

Tasks:



Basic Administrative Duties when required. Manage full-cycle bookkeeping Handle accounts payable and receivable Process payroll for employees Process weekly payroll and monthly government remittances (GST, PST, WCB and other payroll taxes) Ensure compliance with government filing deadlines and regulations. File organization Shift coverage when needed.

Qualifications:



1-2+ years book keeping experience Proficienty in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
