Job Summary


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a Part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities



Bookkeeping Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Data entry and document record keeping. Utilize computer systems to manage records and maintain accurate databases. Able to maintain in contact with reporting supervisor.

Skills



Able to perform Bookeeping (Quick Book) is an asset. Proficient in computer systems and office software applications. Strong attention to detail Accuracy on all data entry is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
