Tanya Clydesdale, CPA in Dorchester, NB is accepting applications for a bookkeeper/admin.
The right person should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for numbers.
Must be able to travel to Dorchester each day and with some flexibility in the schedule. The right candidate could be employed part time Monday to Wednesday or full-time depending on the fit.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other cloud office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
