Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Job Description

Responsibilities:



General bookkeeping responsibilities, including entering purchase orders and bills, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations, payables, monitoring and assisting in collection of receivables. Deal with customers and responding to phone calls and email Liaise with Production Manager, QA and supervisors on daily activities as required including: a) communicate with the production manager on POs, b) coordinating deliveries in line with POs in discussion with the packaging team. Print product labels as required. Liaise with suppliers and contractors Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form Greet visitors and customers at the reception / factory outlet Maintaining systems, supplies etc. at the office and factory outlet, as required Produce Management Reporting package as required.

Skills:



Able to use the main software packages competently. Experience with QuickBooks Online, will be preferred. Be thorough and pay attention to detail. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with coworkers. Able to work well with others Professional appearance and manners Able to work on your own Customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
