Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in various administrative tasks.

Duties



Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform clerical duties such as inventory, data entry, and management shipping package. Assist with administrative tasks including managing correspondence and preparing reports. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks/Accounting Software for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and project completion.

Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. Languages: English, Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
