The Office Assistant will oversee administrative operations, manage scheduling, handle patient communications, support billing processes, and maintain an organized and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, and capable of working in a small team environment.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including welcoming patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software Maintain and update patient records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Process insurance claims, invoices, and patient payments Coordinate with the physiotherapist and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling and clinic flow Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements



Previous experience in office administration, medical reception, or clinic management is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
