Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized files and records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing schedules for team members.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and support as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing tasks.
Support customer service initiatives by addressing client inquiries promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
Skills
Proven experience in front desk operations or administrative roles.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices.
Familiarity with office software including QuickBooks and Google Suite applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
