is currently seeking an

Administrative Assistant

to support

BMW/MINI/MOTORRAD.



The right candidate will be encircled by over 45 years of experience, under 11 premium dealerships offering the most extensive selection of luxury, sport and quality automobiles in the local area.

Position Objective



Enter and update customer info in CRM (ONE-EIGHTY) and dealer systems. Process dealer trades, vehicle inventory, and sales/service paperwork. Assist with licensing, plate tagging, and ownership transfers. Receive deposits, issue receipts, and support basic financial paperwork. Help organize dealership events and promotions. Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and supply orders. Support Sales, Service, and Parts teams with daily admin needs. Show attention to detail, time management, and teamwork. Operate main switchboard by providing telephone answering services, determine purpose of calls and inquiries, and connect phone calls to appropriate persons Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing. Participate in events both on site and off site. Help Service Advisors with repair orders, warranty submissions, and parts invoices. Upload required reports, customer surveys, or incentives. Assist with vehicle keys, stock books, or demo tracking to support Sales/Management. Among others tasks.

Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Dealership: 1 year (preferred) administrative assistance: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
