his position is not entry-level. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with proven construction industry experience in Manitoba. Applicants must have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage construction documentation independently.
Mandatory Requirements (Do not apply if you do not meet ALL):
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, tracking, reporting)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Construction industry experience (invoicing, estimates, purchase orders, contracts, schedules)
Experience supporting construction or excavation projects
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Clear written and verbal communication
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for job costing and project tracking
Process construction documents including invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
Track schedules, materials, and project costs
Manage emails, calendars, and document preparation
Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
Provide direct administrative support to project managers
Local Requirement:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Must be able to work on-site in Sunnyside, Manitoba
Familiarity with Manitoba construction practices is strongly preferred
