Duties
Reconcile QuickBooks
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record keeping
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Account Management Support
Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Payroll
GST and PST Remittance
Ensure Office supplies are stocked
Bank Deposits
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy
Experience with filing systems, front desk operations
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, typing speed, and organizational abilities
Prior experience in bookkeeping is advantageous
