We're looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our Winnipeg team.
This role supports all areas of the company. From finance and operations to executive support and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities
Finance & Communication
Perform basic data entry for accounts payable and receivable
Answer and make phone calls to vendors, clients, and internal teams
Prepare and send account statements
Send payment reminders using existing templates
Receive and process payments by phone
Monitor the accounting inbox, sort incoming emails, and respond to simple inquiries
Executive & Administrative Support
Handle executive requests and ensure timely task completion
Support document preparation, reporting, and departmental organization
Procurement & Inventory
Research and order office supplies via Amazon and approved vendors
Monitor and maintain promotional product inventory
Vendor & Account Management
Set up and manage vendor accounts in ERP
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel for the executive team
Plan and execute company events with strong logistics and attention to experience
SharePoint & Documentation
Maintain and organize our SharePoint system
Prepare and submit shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation
Research & Projects
Conduct research to support executive decision-making
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and summaries
Other Duties
Provide ad-hoc support to the executive team
Lead or assist with special projects as assigned

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with AI or a strong interest in innovation
A mindset of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in administrative, finance, or operations support is a plus
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Winnipeg.
