Administrative Assistant Lead - Physiotherapy Clinic (St. James)
Are you organized, friendly, and detail-oriented? Elite Sports Injury, one of Winnipeg's leading physiotherapy companies, is looking for an Administrative Assistant Lead to join our St. James team. As the first face our clients see, you'll set the tone for a welcoming, professional experience. In this role, you'll support clinic operations by managing patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and administrative systems, while also leading and supporting your front-desk team. What You'll Do
Greet and check in patients, providing exceptional customer service
Answer calls from multiple queues, book appointments, and respond to inquiries
Input and update confidential client records accurately
Manage WCB, MPI, and insurance claims, including follow-ups and collections
Maintain office supplies and ensure clinic spaces are organized and clean
Support social media initiatives by contributing to team content and posting
Supervise administrative staff and participate in team development and training
What You Bring
2-3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within an interdisciplinary team
Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Outgoing, friendly personality with professionalism under pressure
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience in a physiotherapy or healthcare setting is an asset
