Winnipeg Orofacial Health Centre -- Administrative Assistant Position



Winnipeg Orofacial Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable with basic office technology.

Key Responsibilities:



Compile and prepare correspondence from our specialist for referring doctors and dentists. Accurately send letters and reports via fax and email, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and update referral tracking logs and contact databases. Perform other general administrative duties as required to support clinic operations.

Ideal Candidate:



Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient with email, fax machines, and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PDF). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality. Previous administrative experience is an asset, but not required.

Schedule:

Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week
