Dynamic and rapidly-growing, Robert Half is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a team. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position. Do you love arranging and tracking courier services, excel reporting and assisting various department team leads with their duties? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a 6-week contract opportunity and is located in the Kenaston area of Winnipeg, Manitoba area.
Responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects for other employees
- Answer telephone calls
- Perform word processing, filing and faxing
- Receive and direct visitors
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 2 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams on a daily basis.
