We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across a range of administrative, digital, and communications functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in supporting office operations, digital engagement, and event coordination.



Seasons Care Dietitian Network is a consulting network of Dietitians and Nutrition Managers specializing in Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes. Since 1996, Seasons Care has become the leader in Seniors Nutrition in Canada. We partner with many Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes by providing consulting Dietitian and Nutrition Management services to support them in making a difference in the lives of their Residents. Qualifications




Preference will be given to applicants with administrative experience Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Zoho Products an asset Proven attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and eager to learn Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively

Responsibilities




Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as assigned Manage digital document storage and complex databases; evaluate and improve existing processes Organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings Assist in planning and organizing events, tradeshows, seminars, and other initiatives Create and post engaging content regularly on social media platforms Interact professionally with followers and partner organizations Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence Produce regular blog content aligned with organizational goals Create and distribute a quarterly newsletter to clients and internal stakeholders Create, animate, and automate presentations and educational materials * Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
