JOB SUMMARY The Office Assistant is responsible for managing and programing all administration of the Whitehorse. A key function is responding quickly and accurately to customer set up in Kardpoll, along with coordinating pertinent information in our other systems. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with professional and courteous service in regard to cardlock access, inquires/complaints, and other activities involved in managing the relationship with our customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must. This individual will be highly organized and able to work with a variety of departments and branches in order to fulfil the job requirements.
