Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to join our fast paced team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in a fast-paced law office environment. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, and understanding of real estate transactions, or education in related field. Any experience in a law office with real estate and/or Wills/Estates would eb an asset. We are an individual that is service oriented to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. Griffiths Law Offices operates out of three offices, with a focus on real estate, also assisting in Wills & Estates.

Duties



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with filing, organization, and retrieval of documents as needed. Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing assistance across multiple platforms. Ensuring communication/messages for accuracy and completeness before distribution. Utilize multiple software's for document management and collaboration. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide support in a law office setting, including scheduling appointments and managing accurate client records.

Qualifications



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a law or real estate office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or law related software's. Strong customer service skills with an approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and ensuring information is communicated accurately. Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, document management, and phone systems. Previous experience in a law firm or real estate related is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
