About Us:
Harbour Family Counselling is a warm, family-focused private practice in Victoria, BC. We support children, teens, parents, and families through evidence-based counselling and psycho-education programs.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, friendly Administrative Assistant to help us manage day-to-day operations as our practice expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries and scheduling
Support onboarding of new clients and therapists
Prepare and format client documents, invoices, and reports
Update website or social media listings as needed
Assist with event or workshop coordination
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (JaneApp, Google Workspace, Kajabi, etc.)
Experience in counselling, healthcare, or education settings is an asset
