Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, e.g. answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software for correspondence and data entry Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer service and support Support office management tasks Provide administrative support Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies

Skills



Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred Excellent typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents Customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is committed to delivering exceptional administrative support. We are looking for local candidates only.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
