The administrative Assistant will provide organizational, clerical, and communication support to help ensure smooth daily office operations. Total rewards:

• $55000.00 - $65000.00 annually
• Permanent position
• Full benefits after 3 months
• Car expenses reimbursed for km biweekly
• 2 weeks vacation
• Location: Vaughan
• Monday to Friday in office - 8 - 4:30, 30 min lunch

A typical day:

• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and set up appointments
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Greet visitors, receive, sort, and prepare outgoing mail and packages
• Order office supplies, manage inventory levels, and coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
• Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking
• Run errands such as banking, post office visits, supply pickups, or other off-site tasks as needed
• Support the executive with quotations and travel coordination

Successful candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
• Advance excel skills - Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and preparing reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, time management and ability to manage confidential information
• A go getter and proactive personality
