Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, quotations, and internal communications.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for team members.
Support CEO travel and meetings, including logistics, notes, and follow-ups.
Assist estimating department by identifying new project opportunities, maintaining the quotation log, following up on submissions, and preparing proposals.
Act as a point of contact for client communications and support.
Assist with basic social media tasks and online content sharing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
