We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to work directly with owners in a warm, family-oriented, and dynamic environment. In this role, you will support management on a daily basis by contributing to the organization, coordination, and smooth operation of activities.
Daily Operations Support
Manage emails, general communications, and prepare various documents.
Carry out delegated tasks (administrative, practical, or communication-related).
Perform administrative tasks related to the impound service.
Coordinate with employees as needed.
Social Media Visibility
Contribute to the company's online presence by planning and publishing simple content on social media.
Help maintain a positive brand image across social platforms.
Health and Safety (H&S)
Plan and prepare Health and Safety meetings.
Conduct monthly inventories and place orders for first aid kits.
Document and follow up on internal incidents.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
Starting wage is
$22/hour
, with potential adjustments based on demonstrated skills and job performance. A salary review is planned after the onboarding period, followed by annual performance-based increases. Vacation is provided as a
4% vacation pay
included in each paycheck.
