The Opportunity:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations

Prepare reports, memos and documents using word processing, spreadsheets and data software Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office by carrying out duties such as providing adequate support to all staff and ensuring office equipment are in good condition for use Organize orientations and train new staff members to office operations Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate contact Record and prepare minutes of meetings

What You Will Bring to The Role:

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration preferred Minimum 2 years office experience

Wage Range:

The target hiring range for this position is $25.67 to $33.24 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
