The Role



As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our partners and team members by providing high-quality administrative assistance. You'll help ensure our operations run smoothly and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.





What You'll Do



Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners and managers, including preparing written communications and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update internal schedules and tracking tools to ensure tasks and deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency. Review external documents (such as press releases) and prepare concise summaries for internal reference and reporting. Track critical deadlines and deliverables, proactively sending reminders and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely completion. Manage calendars, assist with billing, prepare client packages, update workflows, and provide general administrative support to the team. Take on various ad-hoc duties and assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed.



What You Bring



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


Experience:

Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience, ideally in a professional services environment.


Skills:



Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Experience with workflow software, time and billing systems, and CaseWare considered an asset. Collaborative team player who supports job sharing and works well in a fast-paced environment. Growth mindset with openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.
