Job Description

Our client, an innovative and well-respected, downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available role as an Administrative Assistant. This role is comprised of general administration assistance as well as some HR duties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain invaluable experience within the legal and HR industry.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • General administrative tasks as assigned by Office Manager
  • Assist with onboarding, training and staff events
  • Managing vendors and office equipment
  • Relief reception
  • Assist with HR and Marketing tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 2 years' of administrative experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 dependant on experience.
