Job Description

Vancouver Luxury Realty is a licensed British Columbia Real Estate Corporation specializing in property management and real estate sales throughout Greater Vancouver. Our team of agents and property managers continues to grow and we are excited to welcome another motivated Administrative Assistant to support our property management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is very detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and go-getter who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting the team in a variety of ways.

Key Responsibilities



Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and help identify and resolve minor tenant issues before escalating to property managers or trades. Property Management Assistance: Assist with applications, booking move-ins/outs, tenancy paperwork, and follow-ups with property owners, applicants and tenants. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, update files and accounts, and prepare documents for signing with strict deadlines. Leasing Support: Assist leasing agents with scheduling, coordination and calendar support On-Site Support: Primarily office based role with occasional property site visits when required General Support: Become part of the team to support in all aspects of the business in a professional smart manner.

Positive work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues or meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable to adapt to new software. Flexible team player able to assist during peak periods, including month-end.

Previous administrative experience required

; property management or real estate experience is an asset. High school diploma required; interest in pursuing further property management education, including licensing, is an asset. Valid Drivers License is required

Compensation & Growth



Compensation: Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities at the next level.
