Full-time, In-Office Vancouver Luxury Realty is a licensed British Columbia Real Estate Corporation specializing in property management and real estate sales throughout Greater Vancouver. Our team of agents and property managers has been growing rapidly, and we are excited to welcome a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our property management division.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and go-getter who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting the team in a variety of ways.

Key Responsibilities



Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and help identify and resolve minor tenant issues before escalating to property managers or trades. Property Management Assistance: Assist with inspections, move-ins/outs, tenancy paperwork, and follow-ups with applicants and references. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, update files and accounts, and prepare documents for signing. Leasing Support: Assist leasing agents with scheduling and coordination. On-Site Support: Attend property sites when needed to assist with inspections and move-ins/outs. General Support: Take initiative on special projects and provide support to the property management team as required.

Positive work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort with new software. Flexible team player able to assist during peak periods, including month-end. Previous administrative experience required; property management or real estate experience is an asset. Valid drivers license required High school diploma required; interest in pursuing further property management education, including licensing, is an asset.

Compensation & Growth

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Career Growth: This position offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in property management and the potential to grow into future roles within the real estate industry.
