About the Role




We are looking for an

Administrative Assistant

to join our growing Sales team. This role will play a key part in supporting our Sales team with executing operational tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination between our internal sales team and our client counterparts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to something meaningful in a company that cares deeply about people and health.

What You'll Be Doing

Track and manage Costco purchase orders (Canada & international) Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely production and shipping Maintain PO, shipment, and product submission trackers Manage order desk emails and process incoming orders using CRM Provide admin support to the Sales team and assist with product launches Prepare internal documents, pricing forms, and item setups Liaise across departments to meet retailer requirements and timelines Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and manage confidential records Support day-to-day sales operations and follow up on sales leads Other fun and exciting special projects as assigned Must be willing and able to work in office 5 days per week

Skills and Qualifications You Bring

1+ years of experience in sales, admin, or customer service Post-secondary education preferred Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience an asset Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus Bonus points for: experience in the food/beverage or CPG industry, or familiarity with supply chain processes
