Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, clients, and team members in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and office space
Provide support with interview scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining HR documents
Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment
Assist with internal staff communication and event planning
Support company-wide administrative operations and external correspondence
Collaborate with the dispatch team to verify order details and assist with route planning
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education required; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative, receptionist, or HR support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with HR platforms and tools like Lark is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Valid BC driver's license preferred
Language Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
Proficiency in Cantonese is considered an asset
