About the Position

This opening is at our Edmonton office.
This position is an important support role for Customer Service as well as Customs processing.

Description & Responsibilities are as follows,

Updating shipment status in several computer systems throughout the day

Receiving and checking documents

Tracing Shipments

Handling calls and questions from clients

Booking appointments, coordinating with customers and dispatch personnel

Various administrative duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

High School diploma

Cheerful and professional

Self-starter with problem solving skills

Good time management skills

Strong keyboard skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

Proficient computer skills

This position is open to all qualified individuals.
