Administrative Assistant
to support daily office operations and keep our team running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare documents
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with data entry, invoices, and basic reporting
Coordinate office supplies and support internal requests
Support management and team members with administrative tasks
Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
