Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and perform a variety of clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Coordinate the flow of information within the team Direct and control daily operations Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and organize daily operations Establish and implement policies and procedures Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Oversee the preparation of reports Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Proofread data Organize conferences and meetings

Requirements



Proven 7 months to less than 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Must have advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, for effective interaction with clients and team members Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
