Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities




Maintain partner calendars - Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments Book travel arrangements Maintain partner contacts Submit and reconcile expense reports Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients Aid in the invoicing process for assigned partners, including monitoring WIPs, expenses to be charges, drafting invoices, finalizing and issuing invoices to clients as per billing deadlines/schedules Issuing of invoices on a timely basis to assist with monthly billing targets Review, sort, draft, proof and finalize clients deliverables and process e-returns Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters and reports Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking of client deliverables Assist in the creation and assembly of presentations Conduct quality review (accuracy, completeness, appearance) of outgoing correspondence Track upcoming client year ends and monitor deadlines Fax, photocopy and scan documents, as required

Skills and Experience




Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset Two (2) to four (4) years of related administrative/clerical experience Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience with Caseware, Caseview, and Taxcycle is considered an asset
