We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document preparation, presentations, and spreadsheets. Handle multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software as needed. Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and assist with various administrative projects as required.

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with data entry and maintaining organized filing systems. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is a plus. Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.20-$40.63 per hour
