The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.
This is a part-time, hybrid role (10+ hours per week to start), with flexibility to scale up as volumes grow.
You'll split your time between working from home and at our North York office (roughly 50/50). The ideal candidate can juggle tasks across admin, customer service, light sales support, and warehouse coordination -- helping keep projects on track and the team focused on growth.
What You'll Do
? Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service support
? Assist with light outbound activity (emails and calls) to support campaigns with retailers
? Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
? Update product listings and content in the O2O app
? Help with spreadsheet work and reporting tasks
? Provide ad-hoc support to team members during busy periods
? Pitch in with light warehouse support (packing, organizing, or coordinating) when needed
? Keep multiple projects organized and moving forward

Compensation & Schedule
? $20-$25/hour (commensurate with experience)
? Flexible part-time schedule (starting at ~10 hours/week, with potential to increase)
? Hybrid work: roughly 50% from home and 50% in-office (North York)
