Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize client meeting materials, summaries, and reports for the Financial Advisor
Process and follow up on client transactions and paperwork by communicating with product providers.
Monitor incoming emails, respond as appropriate, and file correspondence accurately
Maintain accurate client records and files
Assist with internal reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and time management skills
Bilingual (English and French)
