We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our talented team.

Position Duties:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations.

Administration -

Perform administrative support tasks - provide general data entry support, prepare reports, order office supplies, maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and maintain reception area. Assist with regular filing and office organization.
Accounts Payable -

Receive, review, and accurately code and process vendor invoices for payment in compliance with company policies and procedures Process cheque requests and expense reports on a regular basis Audit and process credit card bills
Accounts Receivable -

Receive and track customer purchase orders, and assist with customer invoicing Receive and process incoming accounts receivable payments; check for discrepancies in payments received

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years experience in a busy office environment Strong computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment Attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience with Acumatica would be considered an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French required
