We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Duties
Greet students and clients in person and by phone; respond to inquiries about driving lessons, schedules, and services.
Manage student registration, lesson bookings, and instructor schedules.
Maintain accurate records of students, payments, and lesson progress.
Prepare and organize documents such as driver training forms, receipts, and reports.
Coordinate communication between instructors, students, and management.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure compliance with ministry or transportation licensing requirements and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in preparing promotional materials or updating online listings when required.
Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required in any related field
Experience: At least 3 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry or scheduling software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with students, instructors, and management.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a valid Ontario "G" driver's license and maintain a clean driver's abstract.
Must be flexible with work hours and available at weekends based on scheduling needs.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
