The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a focus on supporting daily operations in a professional healthcare environment. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client needs promptly
Skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
Prior clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Familiarity with medical environments is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
