Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, Quickbooks Desktop knowldge and keen administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Club President.
Meet with clients to prmote the facilty for their event.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, wedding, showers, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and payments.
Complete the day to day bookkeeping duties which include payroll, accounts recievable, account payable and CRA remittances.
Assist with the coordination of the Annual General Meeting.
Assist with social media marketing content
