Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, managing communications, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, accounts payable/receivable experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy. Experience with office management, bookkeeping, clerical duties, and customer service will be highly valued.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software for report creation, correspondence, and scheduling Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives Handle customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and timely responses Support office management activities such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and facility organization Provide personal assistant support as needed, including travel arrangements and event planning Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies

Skills



Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Able to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tools Familiarity with bookkeeping, software is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Capable of proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
