We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and responsive communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Manage client scheduling through Microsoft Bookings, including coordinating virtual and in-person appointments.
Administrative Support
Process client-related business transactions and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain organized digital client files and records, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Support day-to-day operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Marketing & Event Coordination
Coordinate and execute client marketing initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and appreciation events.
Assist with logistics for in-person events, from planning to follow-up communication.
Support client engagement through digital platforms and communication tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience (financial services an asset).
Strong technical ability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling platforms such as Microsoft Bookings.
Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign considered an asset.
Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
Business Administration Diploma or relevant education/experience preferred.
Completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $48,750 - $54,600
