Administrative Assistant (temporary)

Job Description

Our client is currently looking for administrative support for a 4 month temporary role in downtown Calgary.
Responsibilities:

  • Arrange information sessions, packages and volunteer registrations
  • Responding to questions via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross reference documents and checklists to ensure information is correct
  • Make arrangement for collecting missing documentation
  • Other projects as required
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams; familiarity with Adobe would be beneficial
