Duties



Manage office responsibilities Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial record-keeping Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Handle administrative tasks related to clerical duties, including copying, scanning, and mailing documents

Qualifications



Proven experience with Office experience. Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, filing, and managing multi-line phone systems Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; medical or dental office experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping is advantageous but not mandatory Prior experience in a front desk or customer support role highly desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
