Job Description

We are currently seeking a

detail-oriented administrative assistant

to join our compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:



Review and audit driver daily logs, trip reports, and supporting documents Ensure compliance with National Safety Code (NSC)/DOT and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Identify and report violations or inconsistencies in driver records Maintain accurate and organized audit files and compliance documentation Communicate findings and corrective actions with drivers and management Assist in developing and implementing safety and compliance policies Support ongoing training and awareness programs related to NSC requirements

Qualifications:



Previous experience in

transportation compliance, auditing, or safety administration

preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
