Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Prepare and submit progress and other reports Co-ordinate work activities with other departments Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Prepare comprehensive reports and affidavits and maintain records Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
