Integrated Functional Health is a thriving, multi-location healthcare clinic offering Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Naturopath and Skin & Beauty services across Surrey and Langley. We're looking for a dynamic and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team and help take our brand new Langley location to the next level.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about

customer service, sales, and content creation (being comfortable on camera).

This role has plenty of room for growth, and depending on performance, could evolve into a Managerial Position in the near future.

Who You Are Our Ideal Candidate)

You have JaneApp experience (required for consideration). You are a people person with excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills. You are a high-energy, sales-driven individual who is ready to promote our services and engage with our community. You have a friendly, professional demeanor and are reliable and punctual. You are comfortable on camera and have a passion for content creation, whether that's taking photos, making videos, or brainstorming new ideas for social media engagement. You're able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You have a flexible schedule and are willing to work evenings until 8pm.
