We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with clerical duties.

Duties



Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and tracking payments. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, particularly in medical or dental office settings.

Skills



Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Previous clerical experience with a focus on data entry and filing systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.84-$28.09 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
