Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our cabinet door manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management is a strong asset.

Duties and Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the office and production teams, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Prepare all relevant information for meetings and requests made by management. Take appropriate meeting minutes and distribute as necessary. Support general office operations, including sales, order processing, data entry, filing, customer service, and maintaining office organization. Coordinate production and shipping schedules. Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering materials, and coordinating deliveries. Manage Kanban card system Inventory counts and ordering supplies Monitor purchase orders Other assigned duties

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certifications are an asset. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role; prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset. Knowledge or experience in inventory management and purchasing is highly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory management software is an asset. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
